Protective Diaphragm for Sanitary Tri-Clamp Pressure Gauges
Our gauge protector gaskets work to maintain a barrier between the metal diaphragms of a sanitary pressure gauge and the process fluid. They are designed to be compatible with sanitary Tri-Clamp pressure gauges.
In many cases, exposure of the metal gauge diaphragm to acids, bases, salt solutions and hot liquids can cause damage to the diaphragm. For this reason, it can be essential to protect the gauge with a non-metallic diaphragm.
Pharmaceutical-Grade Materials
Our materials meet the most stringent requirements for pharmaceutical/ bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing. Our platinum-cured silicone, EPDM, and TPE materials meet USP Class VI, FDA and various other requirements.
Platinum-Cured Silicone: -40°F to 450°F |
EPDM: -30°F to 300°F |
TPE: -40°F to 250°F |

Note: Material properties may be affected greatly by temperature, operating pressure, chemical concentration, the presence of other chemicals, and other factors. Ultimately, users should determine the compatibility of any product through field testing under their particular process conditions. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
